Half-Day Coaching Intensive

If you’re ready to get ideas out of your head and start taking massive action, this session can be extremely valuable. A half-day session can work really well for big ideas that need time and space to work through, such as starting a business or pursuing a creative project.

During our time together, we’ll dream, brainstorm and build a plan you can put into action! Here are some of the things we can cover during our time together:

  • Build a strategic plan to help you reach your goals
  • Identifying the fears and limiting beliefs holding you back
  • Prioritizing ideas and plans so you can focus on what’s most important
  • Create a daily routine or exercise to help you build your brave muscle and overcome fear

Three Months of Coaching

Looking for accountability and ongoing support as you work to become more confident and chase your goals? 

Ongoing coaching can be helpful for this. Instead of mapping out plans to work out on your own, ongoing coaching is geared to give you bite-sized assignments and goals to work through between sessions. 

Dramatic change is possible with ongoing coaching and concerted effort. Working together, we’ll help you face your fears and make progress toward the big, brave dreams you have. 

During our time together, we’ll dream, brainstorm and build a plan you can put into action! Here are some of the things we can cover during our time together:

  • Two-hour virtual initial session to talk through your goals and what you want to get out of coaching
  • 2 one-hour virtual coaching sessions a month for 3 months (6 total sessions, first one is two hours)
  • Meeting notes and homework following each session
  • Session recordings so you can refer back to them
  • Weekly email check-in and prompt for review, feedback and support between sessions
