What the Brain Can Teach Us About Fear with Tim Ash

On the show, we talk a lot about what it means to be brave. But, in order to become braver, we have to also understand fear.

That’s why I’m excited to introduce you to today’s guest, Tim Ash. Tim has a new book coming out in April called Unleash Your Primal Brain – Demystifying how we think and why we act. In his book, Tim explores how the brain works by looking at our biology and psychology from an evolutionary perspective.

On the show today, we’re going to talk about what it is that causes us to feel fear and ultimately, what we can do about it.

But before we get to that part of the conversation, Tim also shares his own story of bravery. In addition to being an author, Tim is a speaker, entrepreneur and digital marketing expert. He quit his corporate job to start a digital marketing agency. And after successfully growing that company for 25 years, he walked away to start over once again.

We’ll talk about his experience as an entrepreneur and how he’s made pivots throughout his career.

This is such a fascinating conversation that will help you learn more about how your brain works so you know why you do the things you do.
